Our first 2 weeks in Queensland, Australia

Hi All,
We've posted some pictures from Brisbane, Cairns and our new home in Cooktown.

At the Brisbane museum

At Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo

My host brother and his girls in Brisbane

Cairns, North Queensland

A wallaby greeted us on our arrival in Cooktown. They visit our yard every day.

My 4wd training instructor over looking the Coral Sea

4wd training. It was a lot worse than it looks! Fun! We really get to use 4wd here!

The boys in their school uniforms after the first day of school.

The light house at Grassy Hill overlooking the Coral Sea in Cooktown.

Our backyard.

Botanical Gardens - Cooktown

Finch Bay on the Coral Sea in Cooktown. We weren't too sure about getting in the water. There are crocodiles! The locals tell us to just look around in the water before you get in. The water is so clear. I'm not quite convinced.

Got your note about emails. Took you off the list until you get back. Is this a better way to send short notes? LOVE the pictures. Davis and Nadia are green with envy especially the wallaby thing. The boys look like they are enjoying the adventure. We miss you.--Kit & Crew
